At DFW Furniture Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new furniture doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back into its original packaging, including all hardware, instructions, and protective materials.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Coordinate with our logistics team to schedule a curbside pickup from your residence or arrange for a drop-off at our main distribution center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
